A lot of us use our Roku boxes on a regular basis, but some of us might prefer to stream TV shows on a tablet instead.
Roku is offering a new account with which you can stream TV content from Roku and Amazon to your TV.
The Roku account is free and comes with Roku-exclusive features, such as a free Roku channel, unlimited streaming access and an automatic video search.
It also comes with a $50 Roku credit, which you’ll be able to spend on other streaming services if you buy a new box.
If you’re a streaming TV junkie, Roku is one of the best deals around.
Roku doesn’t charge you any fees to access content on your Roku box.
You’ll also be able watch TV content on the Roku box as if you’re using your TV, including Amazon Prime, Hulu Plus, Netflix, and more.
Roku’s new account comes with the Roku app, which allows you to access live TV, TV shows, movies, sports, and other media on the device.
The account is available now, but Roku said it will be available in the coming weeks.
Roku says the account will be compatible with Roku devices running Android 4.3.4, higher-end Roku models, and Roku Streaming Stick 4, Roku Streaming TV, Roku TV Box, Roku Stick, Roku Streamer, Roku 3, and the Roku 2, as well as Chromecast.
It’ll be compatible on other devices, too, including Apple TV and Roku devices.
